Can a Smart Installer Access the Members Portal?

No Smart Installers are not members and as such have no access to the Smart Energy Council's members portal.

This is a change that was made based on feedback from our community of Installers.

Since the 1st July 2025 Smart Installers only access their program content through the Smart Energy Councils learning platform. 

  • Access for Smart Installers is now directly through our learning platform.
  • This platform contains all of the content provided to our Smart Installer community.
  • Our installers can choose to become a member of the Smart Energy Council using the same email they use for access as a Smart Installer.

This change has been made in order for our community to more easily interact with their Smart Installer subscription and also make the change to becoming a member far easier..
