Why do I get a 403 error when trying to log in as a Smart Installer?
The 403 error page appears when you try to log into the Smart Energy Council members portal and you have not been provided access.
On the 1st of July 2025 the Smart Energy Council changed the way Smart Installers access their free subscriber content.
The 403 you do not have access error occurs when you are trying to log into the Smart Energy Councils member portal.
The Smart Installer program is a free subscription and NOT a membership.
All content available to this free subscription is accessed through the Smart Installer Institute learning management system.
